The multiyacht of the future by VPLP
Established in 1983 by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prévost, after their studies at Southampton Solent University, this naval architecture firm needs no introduction. The agency has always designed multihulls. Racing boats, of course, but also all Lagoon (and Excess) models. So when such experienced architects unveil a project with a green environmental spirit, we can assume that part of the future of sailing propulsion is already part of the design.

Seaffinity was unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show in the form of a video teaser: clear to see, of course, are the three hulls, integrated into a monoblock deck, the totally faired hull of the entire multiyacht, except for the U-shaped cockpit. At the very back, the three hulls meet to offer a huge swimming platform in crescent moon shape. Propulsion is provided by two thick sails, which are divided into two modules on a twin spar rig.
