Turkish shipyard Licia Yachts is unveiling an audacious project designed by Officina Armare: a 60-foot power catamaran whose sporty design is clearly influenced directly by the automotive industry.

The powerful 2 x 800 HP motors combined with deep V hulls promise more than flattering performance – a cruising speed of 30 knots, and 40 knots top speed. Comfort will be ensured by large relaxation areas, bars and dining rooms. Aquanaut has also been designed to accommodate all kinds of nautical toys, such as the U-Boat Worx Nemo submarine, shown here. When at anchor, the bulwarks can be folded down to enjoy the deck area even more. Launch scheduled for 2021.
