Turning the hulls!
On May 29th, Garcia Yachts turned over their second Explocat 52 outside their buildings before starting work on the interior, engine installation and finishing.

Note the lifting points - brackets directly welded to the deck edge. This model is one of the rare catamarans on the market to be built in aluminum. Built to exacting specifications, this boat designed for adventure promises excellent seaworthiness, robustness in all conditions, large range, and great comfort in the tropics and the highest latitudes. Her deck layout favors shelter and ease of handling. Five units have already been ordered. The first trip for hull n°1 is scheduled for mid-July in Cherbourg, in northern France. As for hull n°2, she’ll be sailing by next January.
