In fact, although the health crisis has impacted the production rate of the main yards on the Atlantic coast, the likes of CNB-Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Nautitech, Bali and Neel have very quickly picked back up to cruising speed. The problem? Crews and owners are faced with transport problems to come and take delivery of their beautiful multihulls. At Les Sables - where no less than 19 brand new catamarans were moored – we came across the first crew to arrive “safely” in months. From Greece, they’d flown to Brussels by airplane, then to Paris by train, before renting a car to reach the coast. Let's wish them a more peaceful trip under sail, back to the Hellenic peninsula...
