This is a very efficient, simple and robust knife if you have to cut though a sheet in an emergency, or if you’re ashore and need to share a coconut, for example. Made from embossed aluminum, the sides are then treated using a process called “anodic oxidation” which creates an extra layer of protection against scratching and corrosion.
