This motor is reminiscent of the famous Thai longtails: one single point of support on your dinghy - ideally a rowlock - and you are powered without the need for a rudder and without fear of shallows (especially as there is a prop guard).

The TEMO, which has been extensively developed during 2019, is now on the market. The integrated 300 Wh lithium battery offers autonomy of 40 to 90 minutes, but it is not removable - to be replaced if necessary. The maximum power of the motor is 1,000 W: it's perfect for a tender or a small light catamaran, especially as the weight of this funny electric scull is limited to 4.4 kg (10 lbs) and its overall dimensions to 1.20 m / 4’ (the handle is telescopic). The price should be set between € 1,000 and € 1,450. It's a bit more expensive than the smallest electric outboards on the market, but you don't need any connections... nor a traditional battery.
