The latest boat from Maine Cat is a 38-foot catamaran, which is easy to handle, even singlehanded, and capable of good averages under sail, at over 10 knots.

Equipped with two outboard motors, just like the Maine Cat 30 since 1996, the 38 is light, and remains easily maneuverable under power. This system, and its retracting daggerboards also allow it to be beached very easily. As for the accommodation, we find just one well-protected saloon-cockpit area, with the steering position at the front. The galley and the cabins are in the hulls.
