And those who were present will remember this always hard-fought race. With 15 to 30 knots of wind, the weather wasn’t kind to the sailors, who had come from all over the world, and some of them were caught off guard. Which just goes to show that there can be a lot of (strong) wind on the lake. At the finish, Alinghi won, ahead of My Lady Cat Powered by Spindrift and Realteam.
In the M2s, TeamWork won, ahead of Victory and Spam.
