Designed by Luc Bouvet, from a Clifford Denn design, Kata is a 12.65m motor catamaran, the first example of which has been built in Morocco (Mohammedia) in mahogany/epoxy.

The owner, a Moroccan industrialist, had the idea of training
shipwrights locally, and thus getting back an ancestral expertise. The result
is quite frankly attractive, and the use of mahogany is in the best taste.
