The idea behind the Andaman is to offer a simple
catamaran, capable of sailing far, but with nothing superfluous, so as to offer
the best possible quality/price/equipment ratio. Then, depending on each
person’s choices, it will always be possible to fit new equipment gradually,
when the coffers are refilled! Note that just like all the catamarans in the
range, the Andaman will be built with self-extinguishing resin, which limits
the propagation of fire aboard the boats. A real plus in terms of safety, as
fire is certainly the biggest danger aboard a catamaran.
