It marks the start of the racing season, and remains one of the emblematic races that skippers dream of adding to their racing record. This year, in the Multihulls category, we found the Diam 24s, the trimarans that we will be seeing once again this summer at the start of the Tour de France à la Voile.
With 28 trimarans at the start, the fleet was looking good. Unfortunately the weather didn’t join in, and it was only possible to sail on the Friday, in 10 to 15 knots of wind, before a storm arrived to spoil the fun and cause the racing to be cancelled.
