The Vik 92 catamaran is transportable, and should offer decent headroom opposite the galley and the chart table, whilst the hulls offer double berths. The composite crossbeams act as lockers, and a trampoline joins the hulls. A version of the catamaran with a rigid ‘floor’ is possible as an option.
Although we find solutions which have been proved on other catamarans by the same architect, the new Vik 92 really is a brand-new boat, whose hulls have been optimized to receive deep carbon daggerboards. With its carbon rig, there is no doubt that this catamaran should burn off everything on the water around it...
Note that amateur construction can also be envisaged...
