By winning 8 of the 9 legs raced, Erwan Le Roux and his four crew members left nothing – or almost nothing – for their unfortunate competitors. Lalou Roucayrol aboard Arkema nevertheless saved the day by winning the final leg and taking second place overall. The Multi 50s will now be preparing for the Transat Jacques Vabre, where the same trimarans should be found among the leaders.
