This summer, 16 engineering schools, among the most famous on the planet, met for an eco-responsible competition dedicated to energy efficiency applied to maritime transport, on Lake Geneva, in Switzerland.

The idea was quite simply to design the most efficient boat of the future possible. After two days checking the rules, the races started in mass transport and light transport categories. Multihulls were of course legion, and the foilers set the stopwatches alight, whilst remaining very stable...
Beyond the competition, there was no lack of innovative ideas offered by these young researchers, which proves the validity of this type of event. We look forward to the next edition...
