AstusBoat has just announced a brand new trimaran which will be joining the company’s range in a few months’ time, the Astus 16.5 trimaran.

This new trimaran will be presented to the public for the first time at the next Paris Boat Show, then at Düsseldorf. It was designed by the VPLP Design office, and is the first time that Astus and the famous architects have worked together. The Astus 16.5 trimaran is built to the same standards as the other trimarans in the range, with notably floats on telescopic tubes to avoid dismantling when storing, and a daggerboard for ease of use. The Astus 16.5 trimaran is available in a choice of ‘Club’ or ‘Sport’ versions.
