The question of a berth is always important when you become a boat owner, even more so when it is a multihull, which is inevitably beamier and takes up more space than a monohull....

Les Portes de l’Atlantique is a dry port with 350 berths, accessible 24h/24, thanks to 2.8m of water in the basin, even at the lowest possible tide. To take the boats out of the water, the port is equipped with a 50-tonne travelift for boats with a maximum beam of 7.3m. Dry storage, for the winter or to prepare your boat before leaving for a long trip, is an option which is economical, but also ecologically sound, especially as you will find a boatyard on the spot offering all types of services, and above all a team which is passionate about multihulls (the owner is a Fountaine Pajot agent). Finally, note that the port is offering six months’ storage for second-hand boats on sale-or-return.
