Eramotive has just presented a very original superyacht concept, the Iris Series, available in three sizes and above all with energy derived from a hybrid solar system.

The first yacht is 45 meters long and offers three decks, whilst the Iris 75 is 75 meters long and includes 5 decks. Finally, the gigantic 125m will have no less than 7 decks! It is of course the elliptical structure which is intriguing: it was chosen to offer more interior space, as well as provide the maximum possible area for the photovoltaic panels which should supply all the on-board energy, the idea being to be independent at 10 knots.
