The Leopard 51 PowerCat wdemonstrates, if it were necessary, that the South African builder really believes in the development of the motor catamaran. The 51 was designed by the architects Simonis and Voogd, and again uses Leopard’s now traditional forward cockpit, with direct access from the interior salon, and is of course equipped with a flybridge, essential on this type of boat.
With 2 x 375 hp as an option, the Leopard has a top speed of 25 knots, but is above all capable of keeping up an average of 20 knots when cruising.
