Kormoran GmbH has developed a concept boat which is particularly attractive, as it is a monohull which turns into a catamaran or trimaran depending on your wishes, and which can even be equipped with foils if you want to sail faster than the speed of light... Kormoran is therefore not a new boat, but a new idea of a boat. The principle is finally quite simple, and not so far removed from the folding trimarans, except that once folded, a real monohull hull is obtained. The Kormoran then unfolds (a little) to become a catamaran. Finally, by completely unfolding the floats, the central hull ends up in the water, and you have a trimaran...
