Recently elected mayor of La Rochelle, Jean-François Fountaine has logically decided to quit the operational side of his company, whilst remaining President of the board of directors, and he will be succeeded as managing director by Nicolas Gardies, who has worked for the company for 10 years, seconded by Romain Motteau, the assistant managing director.
