The Cyber 4800 meets these specifications perfectly. Now produced in the Philippines (the design and the builder are originally from Australia) , this 48-foot (14.52 m) aluminium catamaran is being advertised with an unladen weight of 6.1 tonnes. Generously canvassed (124m² to windward, plus a 145m² spinnaker), it is, according to its owner, a pleasant and comfortable boat at sea, which is also capable of good averages under sail.
The boat is being offered at 500,000 US$ ready to sail.
Nowaday is already a number of 33 CYBER Catamarans worldwide.
Note that if you are interested in the Cyber 4800, there is a one available for charter in the Philippines with a skipper.
