The builder has just officially announced the launch of the first two examples of the Balance 421 and 451, at the factory in China - this will in any case have been done by the time you read these lines.

Designed by Philipp Berman from the Multihull Company, the Balance project’s aim is to offer on the market a slightly sportier catamaran than the production boats, whilst providing nice accommodation for a long voyage.
With the first two examples launched and validated after the essential tests, the company will be able to start production. It estimates it will be able to build between 6 and 8 boats per year, and above all does not want to go beyond this, so it can keep a top quality customer service and an irreproachable build quality.
Note that the tooling for the new Balance 526 is being built in South Africa...
