Here is the latest boat in this range (from 70 to 170 feet) offered by the R & D department, the 165 Ultimate. Here the builder is offering a gigantic boat with 560m of living area for 12 guests, and... 10 crew members. Pure luxury!
Sunreef maintains that the 165 Ultimate will be able to cruise at 25 knots under sail; it must be said that its mast is 61 metres high and downwind, it carries some 1230m of canvas! A catamaran which is not just a style exercise, and which could easily become a floating reality (and one which, here at the magazine, we dream of testing...).
