The builder’s Class 4 will be launched in a few weeks’ time, before tackling an advanced development trip, which should take this 46-footer to the Cannes Boat Show, but only in 2014.

By then, the builder will have launched production of a new boat, the Class 5, a catamaran again designed by Erik Lerouge with an interior by Clifford Denn. As the moulds can be adapted, the Class 5 will be between 16.5 and 17.7 metres long, depending on the owner’s wishes. The mast has been moved back as far as possible, to offer better directional stability and maximum space under the coachroof. The mainsail is therefore smaller, and the boat is easier for a shorthanded crew to handle. Because the Class 5 is above all intended for couples who want to go far, comfortably and fast around the world...
