Over fifteen years now, Fountaine Pajot has been growing and developing a full range of motor catamarans, of from 35 to 55 feet. Originally the boats in this range were called Trawler Catamarans, and the first of the series was the Maryland 37.

But over fifteen years, development and innovation have allowed the builder to bring out ever more comfortable and above all faster boats, which consume less than equivalent monohulls. Faithful to this development, the company has decided to change the name of its motor catamaran brand from Trawler to the more elegant Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts, which corresponds much more closely to the boats now coming out of the yard, including the Cumberland 47 LC.
