This year, more than 60 boats entered and the sailing conditions were just idyllic… And as the celebrations ashore were equal to the famous island’s reputation, the 700 or so racers here were particularly happy.
As for the racing, there was of course a multihull class, made up of racing trimarans or catamarans of between 30 and 60 feet, and Paradox, an Irens-designed trimaran, won, ahead of the speedy 50’ Dauphin Telecom.
