The ARC rally should beat all records again this year, as the organiser has announced that 40 additional places have been allocated to the rally at the start in Las Palmas.

Therefore around 1,200 sailors will be able to cross the Atlantic in 2013, by following the 28th edition of the most famous of rallies. To date, more than 200 boats have actually officially entered. The start is from Las Palmas on 24th November 2013 !
