We all know that seasickness can spoil the best of cruises. The catamaran offers a real plus in terms of comfort at sea, and chronic seasickness sufferers generally suffer much less aboard a multihull.

Schwebe Yacht has gone even further in their research, and is offering a catamaran whose hulls swing under the bridgedeck, thus allowing a 90% reduction in the movement of the sea... Moreover these hulls are very slim, offering a very low resistance to forward movement and allowing the boat to consume one third of the fuel of an equivalent-sized monohull.
Construction has begun, and the boat should be in the water next August. We will therefore soon be able to test the concept of this new German catamaran.
