Major work has been carried out on Thomas's record-breaking trimaran, to make it even faster, and allow him to set off next winter in his quest for the singlehanded round the world record. The foils have been moved forward, and an 'intelligent arm' has been thought up, to make the automatic pilots even more reactive. Detailed work has been carried out to gain even more time, such as the reduction in the friction of the main halyard, or the ergonomics of the skipper's bunk... In short, nothing has been left to chance, and this time, Coville hopes to take the record, on his faithful trimaran with its new, particularly successful decoration.
