Lagoon 42 NEW 2016
The venerable 421 is going to be making way for a brand new boat at Lagoon. A boat to see at Düsseldorf, Miami, and of course at the International Multihull Boat Show. The new Lagoon 42 picks up the main features of the last generation of catamarans from the builder, with vertical bows, a coachroof which appears ‘suspended’, and a rig positioned well aft. In addition to improving the boat’s trim, this new rig frees the forward end of the nacelle of the mast support, and thus allows a totally uninterrupted, 360° view of the anchorage. It also makes sail handling easier, with a narrow mainsail and a self-tacking jib. Finally, its large fore triangle offers many possibilities for headsails to boost its performance.
The builder is offering its catamaran in 3 or 4 double cabin versions, all equipped with a private heads and elegantly designed. Cabins whose beds have side access and which place the emphasis on light. Ventilation has been particularly carefully thought-out.

Bavaria Nautitech Open 46 NEW 2016
Already announced a few months ago, here comes the latest boat from Bavaria-Nautitech, the Open 46.
As its name indicates, we of course find once again the open configuration which has been so successful on the 40, and which is literally acclaimed by the users. The volume should be really impressive in this cockpit/salon area, and will allow lots of friends to be welcomed when in the anchorage... The builder is offering the Open 46 in a classic 4-cabin version or a 3-cabin version with one hull entirely dedicated to the owner. In the standard version, the Open 46 will be equipped with two steering wheels situated at the aft end of the hulls, as is traditional aboard Nautitechs, but a version with a flybridge is also planned.
The 46 is above all a blue-water cruising boat, designed by Marc Lombard to be as comfortable at sea (we know the architect has a talent for designing fast, seaworthy boats) as at anchor, in the beautiful accommodation offered by the Roséo Design studio.
A boat to be discovered early in 2016.

Bali 4.5
The first catamaran presented by the builder, the Bali 4.5, was a surprise when it came out, with its rigid forward cockpit and incredible interior space. On our test, we were able to validate the concept of the forward platform, during a particularly rough passage in a force 6 to 7 and heavy seas.
The boat’s clever ergonomics – from the ventilation to water and energy production – makes this a catamaran completely suited to life aboard and Caribbean (or more distant) jaunts with the family.

Balance 451
The Balance 451 is a boat designed by experienced sailors for enlightened amateurs, looking for a comfortable blue-water cruiser which is also capable of reeling off the miles, no matter what the conditions. In the specification, the boat also had to be easily manageable shorthanded, and capable of being beached as well as really sailing to windward.
