The Multihull of the Year competition was launched in 2018 with the aim of rewarding the best new multihulls through votes from the Multihulls World community. It was an immediate success, with thousands of you voting in this first edition. Discover the 36 MOTY 2026 nominees and… vote!

It is today, February 11th, on the opening day of the Miami International Boat Show, that we unveil the list of multihulls selected for MOTY 2026. Many of the nominated manufacturers (and their multihulls!) are present on the docks of the major Florida show; Gwen Dorning, our CEO, was able to provide them with stickers and/or banners on the spot! For this 2026 edition, 36 models are divided by size into 6 categories (3 sailing and 3 power).
The International Multihull Show Premiere Award will be presented by our Jury to one of the new models showcased at the show.
The Capt’n Boat Award will be given to an iconic multihull following a vote by platform users.
Voting is open until April 18th to choose your favorite multihulls on the dedicated page www.multihulloftheyear.com 
The official election results will be announced at the International Multihull Show in La Grande-Motte on April 22nd.
