JFA Yachts are continuing to develop their Long Island catamaran range (see full review of their 78 in MW176). These powercats stand out from their competitors, having aluminum hulls and composite decks. The manufacturer based in Concarneau, in western France, has just announced the Long Island 86 Power: this is a new model that will be available either with conventional or with hybrid propulsion.
