A New Electric Range!
McConaghy Boats is announcing a complete new range, going by the name of Eco Panther. It features no fewer than 5 models (40, 48, 56, 68 and 78 feet, with the latter two under development).

All these catamarans, in black and silver, will be built in carbon/epoxy, and the black fiber has also been chosen for the mast, boom, helm stations... even the champagne glass holders will be in carbon! These features, combined with a powerful sail plan, guarantee excellent performance. But it’s the boats’ green credentials that really show off their innovation: for this new range, some 1,075 square feet (100 m²) of solar panels, 62 kWh of batteries at 48V and electric motors will be fitted as standard. What’s more, equipment as varied as the stove, the tender’s engine and the two jet skis will all be electric, maintaining the overall coherence of the project.
