Italian builder Seabus seems to have understood this, as five examples of its Smart 380 have already been ordered. With a usable surface area of 750 square feet (70 m²), this catamaran can accommodate 35 passengers. A generous T-top provides protection from the sun or bad weather. The shipyard offers a wide choice of drivetrains for its powercat - electric, inboard or outboard. Check it out at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
