Dazcat 15

The Dazcat 15 m catamaran was commissioned by Mr Mike Butterfield, Commodore of Mocra, and Harvey Bowden for the Rorc 75th anniversary non-stop Criterion Round Britain Race 2000. The design brief given to Darren Newton - designer of all the Dazcat range and co-designer of this open deck sports catamaran - was to produce a catamaran for fully crewed racing, and later to convert for short-handed high speed cruising.
