In February 1983 at the bottom of the technological stewpot of the gulf of Morbihan, a strange soup was beginning to brew! It simmered for six years, demanding the constant attentive and creative presence of the Guillard Brothers, since this recipe wasn’t in writing: this preparation is that of a 19m Pacific Prao.
