A remarkable top class model
The United States and Breat Britain were the first countries that developed the first modern, monotype sports cat. Howerver, Germany was never far beheind thanks to its TOPCAT 15's and 18's. Barely known in France, these cats proved to be top quality stuff when I tried them out at the beginning of September at Ile de Ré.
