These parts are used in high-load and semi-static applications, conditions in which they are an advantageous alternative to conventional blocks. The main uses for these rings are: Mast-foot blocks, barber-haulers and inhaulers, loops, thimbles, lazyjacks, running backstay, tackles, etc. The optimized shape of FRX rings allows smooth good rope runs and minimizes rope wear. They are hard anodized (50 microns) for a longer lifespan.
