To give you an idea of this powercat’s capacity, there were about 20 of us sitting on the flybridge for the press conference and there was still room to spare! The S60 also offers a very generously glazed nacelle. Inside the hulls, there are four guest cabins and two crew cabins. For the time being, propulsion is provided by a pair of 440 HP motors that give a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. This performance is soon set to be enhanced by 8 knots thanks to the installation of 700 HP motors. A large lithium-phosphate battery bank powers all on-board equipment, including air conditioning, and can count on powerful charging from 8.3 kWp solar panels.
