Find out by clicking here. Our test of the Bali 4.8 was published in Multihulls World #171, in April 2020: you can discover it by clicking here.
The Bali 4.8 is already one of the larger models in the range - there are only the 5.4 and 5.8 which are bigger - and as it maximizes surface areas and volumes, you could be forgiven for thinking you were aboard a catamaran much bigger than 50 feet... Of course, it offers all the Bali features - solid foredeck, interior completely free of bulkheads, tilt-and-turn door and huge 220 V refrigerators and a forward door as a bonus. The manufacturer offers five versions of layout. There is of course the attractive 3-cabin version with a huge owner's hull including separate toilet, interior companionway, but also direct access to the starboard transom; and 4 and 5-cabin versions. But where the 4.8 scores highest is by offering for the first time on a multihull under 50 feet… 6 double cabins and 6 private bathrooms.
