Tout sur : gunboat

At the Cannes Yachting Festival, Gunboat announced the creation of a new brand called Fusion. 

When we visited the shipyard back in June, Gunboat had precisely 119 employees, 20 of whom were women, i.e. 16% of the workforce. This figure may seem a long way from parity... and yet, in just 5 years, the management of the Grand Large Yachting group has already managed to increase the number of women by 10%. Admittedly, we’re still a long way off - and this is the case just about everywhere in the world of boatbuilding - but the aim here at La Grande-Motte is ultimately to achieve parity. We spoke to Agathe, Inès, Isabelle and Olesya to find out more about their role in the 72 project.
